This important course for key used vehicle personnel at GM dealerships will provide tips and best practices for buying vehicles on the SmartAuction portal.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be to:
- Update the dealership's profile to facilitate communication
- Effectively utilize Search and Saved Search function
- Use the Vehicle Detail screen as a Retail selling tool
- Fully utilize Bid List functionality
- Generate SmartAuction reports
- Use SmartAuction to maximize market opportunities
