This important course for key used vehicle personnel at GM dealerships will provide tips and best practices for selling vehicles on the SmartAuction portal.Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Update the dealership's SmartAuction profile
- Understand functions within the Sell tab
- Receive the Seller Summary report
- Utilize the SmartAuction Market Report
- Post a vehicle on SmartAuction using the Vehicle Entry screens
- Upload an inspection with pictures to accompany a vehicle posting
- Answer Buyer's questions
- Understand the SmartSeller program
- Understand the importance of the available SmartAuction Quick Turn product
